Central Jersey Native, Joe Durso’s love for food and working with the best ingredients stems from his belief that food is the most common bond in life, no matter who you are, food is something that fuels us all. His vision for KITCH Organic is to provide not only a place to eat, but a place where people leave feeling energized and rejuvenated by the nourishment that his talented Chefs have created for anyone to enjoy. Joe has fallen in love with the hospitality industry after leaving the finance world because he is able to interact with amazing and interesting people on a daily basis. He truly cares about everyone that walks through the door of KITCH, trying to make them feel as if they have been coming to KITCH for years. 
In Joe’s eyes he sees KITCH Organic as more than a restaurant, but as a lifestyle brand, trying to promote a healthy life while having as much fun as possible along the way. His goal and vision for KO is to show local communities that it is possible for everyone to have healthy and accessible food while living a happy and fulfilling life, without changing everything around them. He is someone who enjoys the outdoors, whether it be on a boat in the Ocean or a board on a Mountain. He knows whole heartedly that KITCH would not be what it is today without the love and support from his Family, Friends and Team that he surrounds himself with. 


New Jersey Native, Chef Jennifer Freeman joined K.O. back in 2014. Her passion for the culinary arts was sparked early on from the desire to help her family address their genetic predisposition to cancer. She became committed to helping others fight disease by promoting healthier ways of eating and enjoying food for Life. A graduate of The Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts, Jen’s background in natural foods and nutrition is a perfect fit for our mission and vision here at KO.
With 10+ years of experience of culinary leadership at the areas finest open kitchens and cafés, Jen’s focus has been directed on the health driven dietary benefits of classic cuisine. Skilled in traditional, vegan, gluten-free, wheat-free, raw cuisine and macrobiotic as well as alternative meal & dessert preparation.
We’re honored to have Chef Jen here with us leading our Team.  Her commitment to bringing only the finest, freshest, healthiest, quality foods and ingredients to  our table is only exceeded by her  intense drive and desire to help people heal their body with nutrient-dense food.  Living her mission of being an inspired, health supportive chef.
…oh and she gardens masterfully as well.
